At Shoe Fashions Kenmore, we want your shopping experience to be as smooth and satisfying as possible, so we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note, returns will not be accepted without the original shoe box, and a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note, any returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damage, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as jewellery, handbags, hats, and sale items, are not eligible for returns. We also cannot accept returns on hazardous materials or flammable liquids, including shoe care products, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get your desired item is to return the one you’ve purchased and place a new order once the return is processed.
Returns
Please follow the following steps to return an item:
· Package the item (unworn, unused, and with its tags) in its original packaging.
· Include your contact details and proof of purchase.
· Return the item to us in store or via post to:
Shop 35 Kenmore Village Shopping Centre, 9 Brookfield Rd, Kenmore QLD 4069.
· Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since you were notified of your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at shoefashionskenmore@gmail.com.
